Multi Level Marketing is said to be the marketing system of the future. Its conception has revolutionized the way market flows and undeniably it is fast becoming a trend. In order for it to cope with the ever-changing world, however, and for it to fulfill its destiny, it needs to adapt to the changes. It needs to be equipped and supported by innovative IT system.
Recently, DXN management, particularly the IT Department, is working with some improvements of the company's IT systems. These improvements including the company’s major projects will bring DXN at par with the most advanced companies utilizing modern-day gadgetry.
Let us take a peek into DXN's IT Department and have a glimpse of what its people have been busying themselves with.
SERVICE CENTER ONLINE
This is not new to the list anymore. As early as the first quarter of the year, the busybodies at the fourth floor of the Jollibee Plaza had been preparing this system. As previously described, it will revolutionize the way data is being processed.
This system is geared towards providing better services to our valued Service Centers. The Online System will greatly reduce the paper work and hasten data transfer from SCs to the database in the Head Office. It will monitor the merchandise inventory and sales of SCs, and PVs of Distributors; and make available a particular member's general information instantly.
From the initial target of 20 SCs per month, the numbers were raised to 30 per month, to meet the targeted 100 percent online SCs within a year.
SMS BROADCAST
Distributors do not have to go to or call the Head Office to request summaries anymore. With the SMS Broadcast, they can now receive monthly information update of Bonus, PV, PPV, accumulated GPV, PGPV, and current status through their mobile phone. By registering their mobile numbers, members can access desired information with just a touch of a finger
Under-pricing culprits beware! Now you have two things to worry about. Aside from the ever-watchful Operations Department, the Barcode Tracking System II is ready to see action. Unlike its predecessor, BTS I, this evolved version can now track particular products such as a bag of Lingzhi Coffee 3 in 1.
SCs will be equipped with bar code scanners to tag every purchase transaction done. This tagging process records the distributors who purchased a particular item, which in turn will be very useful in tracking the person who sold the product.
With these innovations aimed at the advancing the quality of services to distributors, indeed DXN is walking the extra mile..
