DXN is a multi-level marketing business founded by Dr. Lim Siow Jin in 1993. The company is based in Malaysia. The company is publicly traded as a penny stock on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange as "DXN Holdings Bhd."

DXN sells dietary supplements based on the Chinese mushroom called ganoderma (Polyporus lucidus; also known as reishi or lingzhi), which is considered the food of the immortals in Daoism. Ganoderma has long been used in traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of such diseases and disorders as cancer and arthritis, and its biomedicinal value is now being established through a wealth of published literature.
